This is a fun, Colorful, One-Of-A-Kind Witch Skirt. This beautiful witch skirt is super full and exploding with color. I used 6" wide tulle in strips of purple, orange, green, and black, finished with a black satin bow. I can also make this tutu in any combination of 1 to 4 of these colors.
Tutus are shipped USPS Priority. I will always refund shipping overages so you will never pay more than actual shipping cost.

Please carefully select waist size and length to ensure a proper fit. Measure length from the waistline to where you want it to end, then I always add 3” to allow for the super fullness of our tutus.
