Fabulous girls Halloween tutu. I made this tutu extra extra full using 6" wide orange and black tulle. I made the bottom layers varying lengths to add a neat witch effect. All you need is some black tights, a black leotard, a hat and you will have one adorable little witch costume. I use non-roll elastic for the waist. This skirt shows a ribbon mix of orange satin and black ribbon with pumpkins on it. If you would rather have a solid color ribbon of orange or black satin please let me know when you check out. I custom make each tutu based on your choice of waist and length measurements to ensure a perfect fit. Please measure accurately.
Your tutu will come with a matching tulle covered hanger.
This tutu is also available in adult sizes in the adult tutu section. I can make this same tutu in with any color combination. Just add a note when you check out.

We strive to provide a detailed and accurate description and pictures for all items. We will be glad to answer questions about any products or send additional pictures if requested prior to purchase. Please carefully select waist size and length to ensure a proper fit. Measure length from the waistline to where you want it to end, then I always add 3” to allow for the super fullness of our tutus.
All tutu's will be shipped USPS priority mail which includes tracking and insurance. If you need to receive your item by a certain date please let me know so I can quote you a shipping upgrade. I charge a set price for shipping to ensure my shipping cost are covered. You will always be refunded for any amount that you pay that is in excess of the actual shipping charges.
