Fun, Quirky, Colorful, Unique, Funky, One-Of-A-Kind Clown Skirt. This adorable clown skirt is exploding with color. I used a 6" wide tulle in strips of purple, orange, pink, turquoise, and black. I attached pom balls in all sizes...some tiny and some very large. The pom pom colors are orange, green, turquoise, pink, purple, and yellow. I can custom make this in your size. Please keep in mind that the strip lengths and placement of pom poms are random and yours will not be the same. I will use the same color and amount of tulle and the same amount and colors of pom balls. The length that you order will be the length of the longest layer so please keep that in mind when choosing the length. Makes a cute Birthday tutu!

We strive to provide a detailed and accurate description and pictures for all items. We will be glad to answer questions about any products or send additional pictures if requested prior to purchase. Please carefully select waist size and length to ensure a proper fit. Measure length from the waistline to where you want it to end, then I always add 3” to allow for the super fullness of our tutus.
All tutu's will be shipped USPS priority mail which includes tracking and insurance. If you need to receive your item by a certain date please let me know so I can quote you a shipping upgrade. I charge a set price for shipping to ensure my shipping cost are covered. You will always be refunded for any amount that you pay that is in excess of the actual shipping charges.
Current processing time is 1 - 3 days (PER ITEM) plus shipping time. This is a conservative estimate.
